I joined just after completing my PGCE and the support and commitment to my development as a teacher I received from Rich and the team has been nothing short of amazing. I started in September in a long-term teaching assistant role which helped me secure a part-time teaching role. I now mix supply work with a permanent role, which has given me the opportunity to work in Key Stage 2.
